TRADEMARK FILE HISTORIES
- Availability
  Registered & Abandoned Files: The USPTO does not store any registered or abandoned trademark files on site. Registered trademark files are archived in a USPTO warehouse facility. Published turn-around time is usually one to three business days. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the policy of the USPTO that abandoned Trademark applications be retained for two (2) years following the date of abandonment and then destroyed. Please be aware that copies of abandoned Trademark applications that are more than two (2) years old will not be available from the USPTO.
  Pending Application Files: All pending trademark files still in paper format need to be requested from the Trademark Assistance Center. Same day service may be available in some instances but whenever possible please allow two or three business days for processing of all requests for pending trademark applications.
  Pending Opposition & Cancellation Files: Depending on the location, these files are usually available for public inspection and photocopying within three business days.
  Terminated Opposition & Cancellation Files: The USPTO does not store any terminated TTAB files on site. These files are archived in a USPTO warehouse facility. Published turn-around time is one to three business days.

  Albright IP presents all trademark files indexed and bound in a three part file folder, similar to our Patent file presentation..
- Fees
  Our fee to provide copies of trademark files:
  - $1.00 per page.
  - + $35.00 retrieval fee
  - Shipping charges are added to all invoices
TRADEMARK REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES
- Availability
  Most Trademark Registration Certificates must be photocopied on-site from archives or databases at the USPTO. Availability is generally same day. Hours of operation at the USPTO must be considered when making your request.
- Fees
  - $1.00 per page.
  - $10.00 minimum applies, plus shipping charges.
